Good day! We are the 3 rd year college, from Bachelor of Education Elementary and Bachelor of
Secondary Education students of Colegio de Los Banos, conducting this survey for our thesis study. The
purpose of this study is Assessing the Modular Learning Modality in the New Normal in Bagong Silang
Elementary school from SY 2020 - 2021. We hope that you will take time and participate in this study. The
information you provide will help us, as a future teacher, make decisions on the future of our degree
programs. The responses you give will remain confidential. Only summarized data will be reported to protect
the identity of each individual respondent.
