A. Motivation Motivational activity entitled, “Parade of Words”
– Words are written in pieces of papers..
(let the students read it one by one)
The teacher will ask the students, what are those words that you have read?

Teacher: Good morning to everyone.


Learners: Good morning ma’am.
Teacher: We are done with our introduction “ Personal Entrpreneurial
Competencies and Environment and Marketing”

Congratulations! All of you already know the traits of an entrepreneur


as well as the players of the market.
.
Teacher: Can we move now to our next lesson?
Learners: Yes ma’am.
Teacher: Be ready with our first activity, entitled, “Parade of Words”.
Based on the words you have read, do you have any idea what are those
words?
Learners: No Ma’am.
Teacher: Okey, Are you familiar with the parts of speech?
Learners: No Ma’am.
Teacher:( The teacher will give example, like, the word competent).
Competent, what part of speech it belong?
Learners: Adjective
…..Contiuation of the activity, the teacher will present more words and allow
students to volunteer themselves to give the answer.
B. Presentation of the topic and Teacher: Did you enjoy our first activity?

Teacher: Who among you got a most of the correct answer?
Learner 1: Few of us ma’am.
Teacher: It’s alright. You can learn more as we go through with our
lesson. Based on our first activity, it shows how far you know on part
of speech. From the words given in the activity, who among you can name some
parts of speech?
Learner 2: Verb Ma’am
Teacher: Very Good!
Teacher: Today, we will be discussing on the part of speech with the following
objectives: Let the learners read the objectives.
After reading the objectives….
Teacher: Thank you.
C. Activity Teacher: This time, be ready for the next activity entitled, “Give Me”.
Think of a word and give its parts of speech. Are you ready?
Learners: Yes we are.., Ma’am.
D. Analysis Teacher: What do you think the connection of our lesson for today in participating
workplace communication in line with animal production?
Teacher: Anyone can answer my question, how can you ask
questions, if you want to know something?
Learner 1: Organize first the question to be asked.
Teacher: Very Good. How about question number 2..,How can you organize
your question?
Learner 2: Understanding every word to be thrown.
Teacher: Yes, that’s why we need to figure out each word, its parts of speech in
order to state it, so that someone will understand.

E. Abstraction Teacher: Are you ready?


Learners: Yes ma’am.
Teacher:
(The teacher will conduct lecture through power point presentation).
While doing the presentation, the teacher may ask the learners the words
they encounter everyday and let someone answer what parts of speech is it.

Note: Every answer of a learner, the teacher may give positive


feedback. Examples; a. Very Good b. Wow! What a sound
idea. C. Congrats, you have a brilliant mind, and other
positive comment to boast the learners which will make them
more enthusiastic to learn.

F. Application Teacher: Did you understand our lesson?


Learners: Yes ma’am.
Teacher: Wow, Very good!
Assess yourself by answering this question.
1.List down words related to animal production, specifically when you are in the
workplace.
2.How this lesson give importance to access relevant information related to animal
production?

As a summary, by understanding words, specifically the basic words, they are most
essential particularly in determining some areas related to workplace. Specially in
following instruction, and asking questions in a well mannered procedure.

(let the students read the passage)

Teacher: Good morning class.


Learners: Good morning ma’am.
Teacher: What do you think the passage tells us?
Learners: About describing oneself.
Teacher: Okey, very good. This passage shows self description.
Learners: Yes ma’am.
Teacher: Be ready with our first activity. Let me ask you, upon reading the
activity, can tell me words that describes the author?
Learners: Yes Ma’am.
Teacher: Can you write it in a piece of paper?
Learners: Yes Ma’am.
Teacher: (Asking 1 learner to read its output.)Wow, very good.
From our activity, you know already to find description of someone and
of course a description of oneself.
Learners: Yes ma’am.
H. Presentation of the topic and Teacher: Can we proceed to our lesson?

Learner 1: Coversation between the two persons ma’am.
Teacher:Yes, it is an exchange of one’s opinion. Someone listens and someone
expresses.
Based on our first activity, what do you think our
lesson for this day?
Learner 2: Based on our activity, I think its about communication.
Teacher: Very Good! And through that communication, we should
know first how to construct the sentences.
Teacher: Today, we will be discussing sentence construction
used in poultry production with the following
objectives:
 Ask one (1) to two (2) the students to read the learning
objectives.
 After reading the objectives….
Teacher: Thank you.
I. Activity Teacher: This time, be ready for the next activity entitled, “Ala Boy Abunda” - A
talk show host script making. You will going to choose whom do you want to
interview and write down questions you want to ask. Is there any question?
Learners: No Ma’am.
Teacher: Are you ready?
Learners: Yes we are.., ma’am.
J. Analysis Teacher: Based on the activity, what first comes to your mind?
1. What question is that all about?
Learner 1: The things that I want to know about himself.
Teacher: Okey, then while that person is talking about himself, what do you do?
Learner: I listen to what he is talking.
Teacher: Very good. So, now you have the idea that if someone expresses,
someone listens. That is the scenario in dealing someone’s perspective. Like in
every workplace will have staff meetings/team meetings, formal and informal
discussions.

K. Abstraction Teacher: Okey, this time we will have a lecture on participate in workplace
meeting and discussion that start in sentence construction. (The teacher lecture
based on the Power Point Presentation).

Learners: Yes ma’am.
Teacher: Here are some basic expectations….
(The teacher will present power point presentation).
While doing the presentation, the teacher may ask the learners on the
following;
1. Did you observe some meeting scenarios? A talk show?
Learner 1: Yes ma’am.
2. What can you say about the host and the listeners?
Learner 2: For the hosts, they listen to someone’s who expresses’ opinion.
3. When someone is talking, as a listener, how can you show your interest
towards the speaker?
Learner 3: By acknowledging his opinion.
Teacher: Thank you class for your answers.

you have to do is to read it and analyze it.

Learner 3: Based on our activity, I’m sure we will be talking on different forms.

Teacher: Today, we will be discussing on the different types of forms used in
animal production with the following
objectives:
