case and document management, online filing,
electronic payments and online notification.
Basically, the digitization project paves the way for a
future modern and paperless court system. The
Digitization of Court Records-Phase 1 and Phase 2,
and DREAMS + eCourts projects will be bid out in
2017.

3 (JDC) located in the Supreme Court Compound and
the Disaster Recovery Site (DRS) in the Angeles
City Hall of Justice by expanding the productivity of
the information systems installed/to be installed in
the JDC and by enabling secure internet connection
and access to the I.T. applications by the courts in
Regions IV-B, VI, X, XIII, and CAR. The data centers
shall be constructed in the Halls of Justice in Puerto
Princesa, Iloilo, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, and
Baguio (tentative sites).
