I. INTRODUCTION:

The social and economic effects of COVID – 19 will be severe and touch every corner of the country. But there is much that can be done
to soften the blow and put ourselves in a better situation for the long term. School have a particularly important role to play, and to see what school can
do, it is useful to think about our educational needs. And one of that is Preparation, in pursuant to the DepEd Program such as Every Child a Reader –Program and Hamon:
Bawat Bata Bumabasa (3B Initiatives) with the tie-up of Mathematics Program, the Matandang Sabang National High School response to the said program. The said school
will developed reading materials with the integration of Mathematics subject to address the reading difficulties of learners and non – numerates in all key stages of learning.
all Mathematics Teacher are pledging their commitment to make every learner a reader and numerates at his/her grade level.

II. GENERAL OBJECTIVES:

At the end of the school year – long implementation, every learner is expected to be a successful reader and numerates on his/her grade level through
the following objectives:

1. Identify the state of intellectual of the learner through appropriate tools or materials that suited to the learners.
2. Commitment of teachers in developing of reading materials with the tie-up of mathematics subject to address the difficulties of learners.
