    BS 8204 Surface regularity classes are given as SR1, SR2 and SR3 which can be achieved by hand or ride on equipment. The flatter and smoother the concrete surface finish, the better the coverage rates and surface finish achieved when applying a coating system. The concrete surfaces are mechanically prepared as shown with detail and edge work done by hand, and the base to upstands and gulley edges have splayed fillets to break 90 degree angles.
