Methodology: 2018 Expanded National Nutrition Survey

The 2018 Expanded National Nutrition Survey used a rolling 3-year survey design to provide reliable national and subnational nutrition estimates. A total of 1,536 households from 40 provinces and HUCs were surveyed each year from 2018 to 2020 using a two-stage cluster sampling method. Key findings included prevalence of undernutrition among young children, anemia among children and women, and overweight/obesity among adults. Household and individual profiles provided demographic information on respondents.
