Dispatching Control System of The Concrete Batchin

This document discusses the design of a dispatching control system for concrete batching plants. It proposes a multi-level control system that can integrate plants, dispatching services, laboratories, warehouses, and staff management. The system uses a network of programmable logic controllers and human-machine interfaces to automate monitoring and control of production processes across multiple distributed facilities. It allows operators to track production metrics, material usage, alarms and messages in real-time to optimize operations.

Abstract. This paper proposes an approach to the design of dispatching control system of the concrete
batching plant, which is a set of hardware maintenance, information, mathematical and software for control
of technological objects. The proposed system is scalable and can include a control subsystem of mobile
concrete plant, laboratory, subsystems, access control, and personnel management jobs. The system provides
optimum automating the collection and processing of information for generating control signals and trans-
mitting them without loss and distortion to the actuators in order to achieve the most efficient operation of
process control object as a whole.

Keywords: concrete; mobile concrete batching plant; dispatch control system; automated workstation;
control; technological process; automated dispatch control system (ADCS).

With its modular design, the system can be configured
individually for specific areas and tasks. A key feature
of the screen is the resolution of collective use and,
therefore, information capacity, which allows to rep-
