For “SGIBIOSRV” Error on IGR MAHARASHTRA Website

Please follow the below steps

i. First Uninstall the Old Secugen WEB API Application from CONTROL
PANEL

ii. Go to Control Panel => Program & Features => Uninstall a Program

iii. Uninstall only “Secugen Biometric WEB API over HTTPS for Windows
Ver. 1.0.0.30”

iv. Restart your System

v. Download the Latest WEB API DRIVERS Using Below link

(Click on the Above link & download the File ,Open the Word Document in it & follow the
steps given )

Extract the Zip File & Run SGI_BWAPI_S_1.0.0.31.exe with administrator

Note : These build is Compatible for Both windows 32 Bit & 64 Bit Operating
System
 Select Yes

 Select Next

 Select Accept & then Select Next

o
 Select Next

o
 Select Next

o
 Select Install

 Tick on both the Networks & select Allow access
