Application for the role of Waiter

I have recently seen your advert for the role of Waiter which you are looking
for in your (Ritz Carlton Hotel) and I would be very interested to apply for this
role.

I have worked in customer facing roles for many years now and enjoy
providing good quality service to my customers. I make it my business to
know everything I can about the menu, the daily specials and I like to be able
to recommend dishes to my customers. I think it is very important to provide
excellent service so that customers come back and remember their dining
experience.

I feel that I have a confident nature, am happy to learn new skills and always
like to ensure that I am busy and that everyone around me is working hard to
achieve a pleasant experience for the customers. I am interested in food and
enjoy finding out about new ingredients and like to ask questions to my
Manager and the Chefs.

Attached to this email is my Resume, which contains all the details you need
to consider me for this vacant role. If and when I come over for an interview, I
shall offer more explanations to the information I have enclosed therein.
