Format General Information
This special transaction record was designed for customers in a SAP environment, who use SAP R/3
ATXcollect Enterprise. Transaction data for AirPlus Company Accounts as well as AirPlus Corporate Cards can be
obtained in parallel with the business travel management invoice of your employees.
CSV The accounting data in CSV format can be imported into common spreadsheet applications and evaluated.
Comma Separated Values Furthermore it is easily possible to further process the accounting data in downstream systems.
EDIFACT is an international and globally standardized format for data transfer. The EDIFACT structure

Format General Information
Based on XML, CDF3 (Common Data Format) developed by MasterCard displays daily updated

transaction data from AirPlus Company Account, AirPlus Corporate Cards and A.I.D.A Virtual Cards to be

used in your staff’s travel expense reports.

This special transaction statement was developed for clients with an SAP environment, who use Release
SAP R/3 Enterprise. You receive up-to-date transaction data from the AirPlus Company Account and
AirPlus Corporate Cards for the travel expenses of your employees. This requires only that the extra data
ATX
field “Personal Identification Number” on the AirPlus Company Account be unlocked.
Correspondingly, the personal identification numbers are to be entered in the cardholder data of the AirPlus
Corporate Card holder.
ATXPlus is an extended version of the ATX format and includes more additional data fields; staff IDs also
ATXplus
can be displayed in alphanumeric order.

Available transmission channels


Format General Information
Download via AirPlus Business The download requires a registration in the Portal. Data will be available in the AirPlus Business Travel
Travel Portal Portal three months and in the AirPlus Portal (A.I.D.A. Virtual Cards) 12 months after registration.

Up to date ZIP-software is required. For data protection reasons, ZIP-archives will be encrypted with
E-Mail ZIP at least 128 bit by default. Encryption with 256 bit is available upon request.
At least one email recipient and a password for encrypting are required.

A pgp- or gnupg-software is required.


E-Mail PGP An export of your pgp public-key and submission via Mail to AirPlus is required
X.400 A X.400 access and a Mailtool is required.
