Online Return Policy


Mail returns of orders placed on Sportchek.ca within 30 days of the order date will be accepted at the SportChek returns centre for items
that are unused/unworn, in original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts & accessories for credit of the purchase price minus shipping,
handling, and other charges. (SportChek.ca Return Exceptions apply). Electronics that have been received and opened are not
eligible to be returned. Please contact the manufacturer or a local Sport Chek Retail Store location for more information
regarding the return of a defective product. Any opened electronics that are returned to our returns centre will be mailed back to
you at your expense.

Please allow 30 days from date of receipt for us to process your request. *Terms and conditions apply.

If you do not wish to pay shipping costs to return your online order, returns are accepted at SportChek Retail Store locations.
Please note that in-person returns are not accepted at the returns processing centre.
