Design of experiments (DOE) is a systematic method that compares different treatment

conditions {COTTON, 1974 #64}. In this homework, we will design an experiment and collect
data to analyze the human heart rate (bpm). Heart rate is measured by many devices including
Sphygmomanometer (a device to measure blood pressure), Apple Watch, and smartphone
application software. But there are many factors that may affect the heart rate {Porat, 2001 #66}.

In this homework, I did statistical analysis of two factors as blood pressure and body
temperature. I develop statistical hypotheses as either body temperature or blood pressure
interaction effect the heart rate or not by designing experiment. I analyze the obtained data with
appropriate statistical method(s), interpret and concluded that both factors affect linearly to heart
beat
