Customer Service Experience through Chatbots :

1.) Manufacturing Sector : Samsung

 Samsung chatbots are very old fashioned.


 They were unable to connect much widely through chatbots that is what I
felt.

2.) Tourism Sector : SpiceJet

 Spice jet chatbots are also very old fashioned.


 They were not able to address my issue.
 They were repeating the same lines. It seems as they were not able to
connect properly.

3.) Retail Sector : Ebay

 Ebay has a very interactive chat bot.


 They have an excellent contextual understanding and machine learning.
 And they addressed my query very efficiently.

4.) Information Technology : Apple

 Apple has a very interactive chat bot.


 It was very nice experience of mine with Apple. They were correlating
with my queries.
 Apple chat bot was very helpful and satisfactory.
