PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The semester project should cover a popular application of Computer Vision. Please consider
the following applications in your project:

 Biometrics
o Face Recognition
o Fingerprint Recognition
o Iris Recognition
o Retina Recognition
o Handwriting Recognition
 Object Recognition
 Facial Expression Recognition
 Tracking
 Remote Sensing
 Robotics
 Document Analysis
 Human - Computer Interaction

You are not limited to the above fields, you may suggest another related topic to Computer
Vision. The project should include an implementation (software) of an algorithm from the
selected topic. Also, the report should be submitted. Projects will be presented at the end of
the semester, the date to be announced.
