Project Title: Organization Management To Do List App.

Introduction:

The Organization To Do List App System designed for a Simpler Interaction in between
Executive/Manger/Group Leader with their Team Members and Employes. It helps the
organization to have a Smart Work through its daily TO-DO-List, And Project Based Workflow
Management.

The Organization To Do List App System designed for Company and their employees .It
provides for user work/points tracking, user management, event listing/signups, and printable
point reports.

This app is particularly beneficial for organizations that do not have a unified
management approach and those in the process of improving or sustaining their current
management framework.

Presently Available System:

Project Management Software is software used by a wide range of industries for project
planning, resource allocation and scheduling. It enables project managers as well as entire teams
to control their budget, quality management and all documentation exchanged throughout a
project. This software also serves as a platform for facilitating collaboration among project
stakeholders.

Expected Results:

The expeted results of an project should be defined from the very beginning of the designing
phase of the project.In simple words they reflect the desired learning outcomes

● The customer’s specification: Applying good project management discipline is the way to
help reduce the risks. Having good project management skills does not completely
eliminate problems, risks, or surprises. The value of good project management is that you
have standard processes in place to deal with all contingencies

● Web standards: In this project an analysis of different services offered to the IT sectore
will be exposed from the simplest tools to the most complex and useful ones. Moreover, a
study of different WPMS will be shown and some companies of the IT sector will be
analyzed in terms of the use of IT for the management of their projects and works.
● Your own analysis: Project management is a process that provides structure, direction
and control to achieve a successful project outcome. There is now a large body of
knowledge applied to the understanding, implementation and review of project
management principles and guidelines. Project managers are now offered training and
accreditation by a range of organisations that support similar goals; improving the
application of project management in our endeavours. Project management still suffers
from limitations, and many projects are not successful for various reasons.

One of these reasons is insufficient understanding and attention to system analysis


principles and techniques. Project management is now ready to evolve to the next level
through the integration of system analysis techniques into the fundamental project
management principles and process. The paper highlights an approach to integrate project
management and system analysis that facilitates training, knowledge of the principles and
a simplified methodology.
