With 30 years of experience in the Auto Industry, Training and Consulting It has been an endeavor of self to Train and
Develop people and bring out their talents and help them grow personally and Professionally. My Career graph has
shown a steady growth in the Auto Industry in different fields and industries - from 2 wheelers to Commercial Vehicles.
More Important, I have been exposed to most of the states in India and Gulf Countries Muscat and Dubai for commercial
vehicles and application Vehicles.
Working in Sales, Service, Spare Parts and Value-added Services I have been exposed to Technicalities of Vehicles, Service
and Commercial Aspects of the Industry.
Completed a Fellowship in Business HR has been a career shift in absolute terms in the Competency Development, OD
Interventions and other areas of HR since last 6 years. Though my prime focus is on Auto Industry HR Perspectives.
Training has been a Passion for me to deliver and spot the talents during the programs. Experience of training in all
different Industries and Sectors has given me an exposure to handle different types of audience from the Base (Worker
Level) to the Director Level in different organization. Also Conducted Faculty programs of 2 days on HR topics viz.
Competency Mapping & Development, Organizational Development with the World HR Board has given me an exposure
