1. Ubiquity: It refers to the quality of being available everywhere. So


Consumers can connect to internet anytime and anywhere, to purchase anything,
unlike the typical method of going somewhere and purchase
2. Global connect: E-commerce effortlessly goes beyond traditional, cultural
and national boundaries and allows companies and consumers both to access all
over the globe
3. Universal standards: the technical standard of the internet and of
conducting e- commerce are shared by all of the nations in the world. The whole
online tradition are growing and expanding their own feature in the world
4. Social networking: E-commerce business have partnered with social media
networking sites to allow users to share content and to deploy the company's e-
marketing systems. So that Users can share content with only a click
5. Personalization/ customization: E-commerce technologies allow
merchants to target their marketing messages to a people based on the interest and
past history. They allow merchants to change the product or service to match it
with the purchase behavior and preference of the consumer
6. Information density: E-commerce comprises a wide source of information,
regarding products and services on offer, reviews, customer feedback as well as
customer details such as address, telephone number and name
7.. Interactivity: Ecommerce technologies facilitate two way communication
between the merchant and the consumer. A consumer can interact with companies
using chat, SMSE-mails, and voice over internet protocol.
8. Richness- As Advertising and branding are an important part of commerce. E-
commerce can deliver video, audio, animation, billboards, signs and so on.
However, it’s about as rich as television technology.
