    GOAL/ PURPOSE: 1. Establish harmonious relationship among teachers.
    2. Strengthen teachers’ commitment.
    3. Enhance teachers’ competence.
    4. Provide comprehensive and updated Individual
    weekly/monthly/quarterly plan for the distance modular
    learning
    5. In addition,make way for the gift giving on selected
    parents on the fifth day.

    The eight regular (8) Teachers, four (4) locally-funded
    TARGET BENEFICIARIES:
    teachers and one hundred thirty-seven (137) students.

    This five (5) day School-based In-service Training for
    Teaching Personnel of Divine Shepherd High School,
    Lobong, Bato, Camarines Sur is scheduled on Dec. 14 to
    18, 2020.
    This is a school-level activity, involving twelve (12)
    Junior High School Teachers, and a school head that aims
    to provide trends in the field of teaching and public office in
    the implementation of the Distance Learning Modalities,
    DESCRIPTION:
    particulary Modular Delivery of Learning.
    A lecture method for the orientation phase will be
    conducted. Face to face encounter will be done in the
    workshop with the participants and the
    speakers/facilitators are the key teacher and the school
    head. Training managers and the different working
    committees will collaborate for the success of the activity.

     Each participant will come up with the comprehensive
    plan for the learning delivery for the next quarters for
    the school year 2020-2021.
     Strengthen teachers’ commitment.
     Encourage 100% teachers’ attendance.
    EXPECTED OUTCOME  Encourage 100% submission of quality outputs.
     Identify challenges encountered in the first quarter in
    all subject areas and come out an innovation for the
    2nd quarter.
     Teachers will participate in various activities, showing
    collaborative efforts in achieving common goals for
    DepEd.
