A. Discuss the followings:


i. Bailable Offence.
ii. Non-bailable offence.
iii. Unbailable offence.

B. Examine the factors to be considered in determining the amount of bail AND whether a
Magistrate has the right to revoke the bail.

QUESTION 2

A. Deputy Public Prosecutor (DPP) Delta is conducting a trial under section 392 of the Penal
Code (PC). During the trial, the main prosecution witness, Alpha has given his sworn
evidence not consistent with the statement he has given to the police under Section 112 of the
Criminal Procedure Code.

What should DPP Delta do towards this witness?
