weekend ang deadline niyan kaya kailangan masubmmit ito
agad. Okay?
Sound: Na
kwela Domz: Sir… Ano ba yan anong gagawin ko? Bahala na nga.

Nick: (Sinilip ang ginagawa ni DomZ) Hoy ano ka ba, ako ang
gagawa ng promotion. Ikaw ang gagawa ng budget plan.

*** wow *** Domz: Well? Sino naman nagsabi sa iyo?( Tinarayan)

Nick: Aba. Ako ang unang gumawa. Ikaw na lang ang gumawa ng

Domz: Paano mo nalaman na ikaw ang nauna? HA!!!

Do’s Situation #1
Domz: Lets confirm muna kay manager.

Nick: Sir, ano nga po pala ang designation ng gagawin


naming?

Manager: Domz ikaw ang gagawa ng budget proposal and


canvas.Ikaw naman Nick ang gagawa ng publication for
advertisement.

Domz and Nick: Clear po sir.

in the team could help avoid these situations.

Situation #2 Lack of Trust (Trust issues kasi nagkamali na


sila)
Manager: So guys, I need someone who will sort out the
updated files and outdated files sa cabinet?

Nick: Sir sir, (tumaas ng kamay), ako na lang po.

Don’ts Situation #2
Domz: Alam mo Nick,Ayaw ni Sir ng mga hindi masyadong nagi
isip. Ang kailangan gumawa nito ay responsible at marunong
magingat.Baka mamaya na naman ma misplace mo yung file, edi
nagkaaberya na naman tayo.

Nick: Aba, nagsalita naman ang napakasipag na employee pero


wala namang nagawang report na maayos…

Do’s Situation #2
Manager: Ahmmm… sige, just make sure na maayos ang pagsosort
out mo at kumpleto ang updated files.

Domz: Tutulungan ko na lang din po siya Sir.

Nick: We will do it sir. Thank you Domz.

Note: as a team it is important to trust your teammates and


function as a team.

Situation #3 Unclear Goals (You are not on the same page.


Hindi kayo mutual)
Manager: Alam mo Domz… naiinis ako sab ago nating employee…

Domz: Sino po Sir, si Nick po ba yung 3 months na dito sa


company?

Manager: Napakabagal talaga niyang kumilos at ang dami


niyang nasasayang na oras.He has a low performance.Pwede mo
bang kausapin…

Domz: Sige po sir. Kakausapin ko po Sir.

Don’ts Situation #3
Domz: Nick, ano bang problema mo sa trabaho mo?

Nick: Bakit po Sir Domz?


Domz: Bakit ganyan ka kung kumilos. Kabagal bagal mo, dapat
wala kang sinasayang na oras dito sa office. Aba namana.

Nick: ***malungkot***

Do’s Situation #3
Domz: Nick, malinaw na ba sayo ang system sa mga dapat gawin
dito sa office?

Nick: Ay sir sa katunayan po. Hindi pa po gaano eh.

Domz: Okay we will finalize ang mga dapat mong gawin na


tasks this week. Okay?Dont worry , I will guide you.

Note: If you are not on the same page with your other team
mates about your goals, it affects the productivity of the
whole team, so communicate with the team/ manager and be
clear about your goals.

Situation #4 Disengagement (Feeling nila hindi sila belong


sa grupo kaya naman nadidiscouraged sila or minsan may
conflict sa members)

Manager: So guys, kailangan matapos lahat ng Gawain na ito


May target tayo na sales this month. Okay?
Domz:Sir Kailan po ang Deadline?

Manager: On Friday. No extensions. Final…

Nick: Ano bay an… super dami ng gagawin…para impossible

Nick: Wow ha edi ikaw na ang magaling. Ikaw na ang the best.

Nick: Ano ba yan super daming gagawin natin hay… kakayanin
ko pa kaya ito.

Domz: Ano ka ba! Kaya mo yan.Para sa ating good performance.


Para sa mas mataas na promotion dito sa office..

Situation #5 Talent Differences


Manager: My goodness. Bakit ganito ang financial reports
natin. Napakadaming errors. Team what’s happening.

Domz: Im sorry po sir. I doudouble check po namin ulit.


Nick: Sorry po Sir.

Don’ts Situation #5
Manager: Dapat lang na ayusin niyo ang gawa niyo. Gamitin
niyo naman ang mga pinagaralan niyo. Work better guys.Ako
ang nag-assign sa inyo jan.

Domz: Sir, sorry po. Hindi ko masyadong gamay ang gagawin eh

Manager: No. Alamin mo kung ano ang dapat mong gawin jan.

Do’s Situation #5
Manager: Let’s do this guys. Nakausap ko kanina ang HR. You
will be assigned to another task oka?
Domz: Okay po sir.

Manager: Ikaw Domz ay sa Audit. At ikaw naman Nick ay sa Tax


Department.

Nick: Clear po sir.Yan po talaga ang forte ko.,

Note: Some employees of team could be slower and less


efficient than the rest. This could decrease the overall
productivity of the team which could be frustrating for the
high-performers of the team causing conflicts within the
team. To avoid this, the goals should be set based on their
capability and skills.

office. Kaya naman always remember. We can solve these
problems or challenges.
