Subject: Re-Locate Pressure Switch for Air Dryer Package 2844-D-30

Refer to your request TSR No. PED/20/I/03 seeking approval for Instrument Air
dryer modification to eliminate or absorbing moisture present in the outlet
instrument air stream.
Therefore, the plant-engineering department has deeply studied your
proposal to solve the problem of dryer system failure, and conclude that, there is no
objection to re-locate the pressure switch to absorber A & B as long as the function
of safety relief valves PSV-2102 & PSV-2106 is not affected.

However, we still need to work closely with your operation staff to investigate
the excess of moisture present in the outlet of Air stream dryer to meet Instrument
.Air Quality requirements specified in RASCO design criteria GNS SP-2000-GG
