Extra-Judicial Settlement and Waiver of Rights
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the decedent died intestate without leaving any Last Will and
Testament, and without any outstanding obligations or debts.
WHEREAS, the compulsory heirs did not have any knowledge of the decedent’s
updaid debts or existing creditors.

WHEREAS, the compulsory heirs PATRICK V. JOYOSA and ABIGAIL V.
JOYOSA hereby waive their rights over the subject properties in favor of
GLADY V. JOYOSA.
That in the remote event that any other property of the decedent should ever be
found, which is not included herein above, the compulsory heirs hereto further
agree as they do agree to settle and distribute the same in the like manner as they
may agree upon later.
Pursuant to Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the parties hereto shall cause
the publication of the Notice of Extra-Judicial Settlement of the Estate of the Late
Pepito V. Joyosa, once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of
general circulation.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands at the City of
Muntinlupa on 19th October 2020.
