ASSIGNMENT 2 FEEDBACK
Points worth noting
Students did not read the book. Please read your book with understanding. If you are not
clear about a particular topic, send me an email.
Some students use 2019 assignment questions/tutorial letter 101. We changed questions
and they lost marks.
Tendency of recycling of old assignment even some questions has been changed, they do
not even read that old assignment they copy and paste e.g. question 1 (1.3) student write
about Behaviourisms but that question is not on the 2020 assignment.
Students seemed to be struggling with answering Q1.3 which wanted them to discuss the
social theory and assumptions.
Some of the students could not describe reflective practice and assessment rubric. When
describing assessment rubric, they would say it is a process instead of saying it is a tool.
TIME MANAGEMENT IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM -Students probably leave their assignments
until the 11th hour and in their haste, they submit shoddy work-incomplete assignments,
some questions skipped etc.
They do not write what they understand in their own words,
Where they supposed to list and describe they listed only, 1.2Where they supposed to
describe they listed only. Read the question and ensure that you addressed the question
fully.
Question 4, is a longest question that is based in one topic, ASESSMENT needs a thorough
understanding of assessment and understanding questioning, difference, differentiate,
explain, analyse, mention, they confuse all these Question
