Guaranty & Warranty :- 2 years from the date of handover.

Material Specification:- A grade Duro 19mm thick board for foundation with inner part
colour Formica laminated.18 mm thick marine ply for shutter with marino brand colour formica
finished as per design & 6 mm ply for back pannel with one side laminated.

Fittings & Hardware:-

Steel auto hinges for door,steel finished handle up to 300 per piece,heavy drawer channel,
stainless steel basket for kitchen & others.

Terms & Condition

1 The payment have to be made as per the below details.
50% of total in advance once the work is confirmed.
30% of total on middle of works
20% after the completion of work.

Works are to be completed by us and to be billed accordingly.

1 Civil works, Electric Works, Plumbing, and any other sort that is not mentioned above.
2 We trust that the above quotation is to your satisfaction and in the meanwhile, it may be noted that
the cost may vary with the changes in the plan design and in any changes in the listed items

Failure of the above terms might lead to delays in work.

1 Any changes made in the contract will be accommodated accordingly.
2 The Project period will be 75 days from the day of Start the project.
3 The project might be delayed on unseen circumstances due to Political Situation, Natural Disaster.
