EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

This agreement, effective ____________, is by and between All-in-One Property


Management Corporation ("Employer"), with address at Purok 4, Diora-Zinungan, Santa
Ana, Cagayan, Philippines and ________________ ("Employee") with address in
_____________________:

Services to be provided by Employee


Employee agrees to provide assistance within the scope detailed below. Employee agrees to dress in a
style consistent with the Employer's image, including proper decorum or behavior. Employee shall
maintain client records in the manner prescribed by employer, and these records be kept confidential and
must remain the property of the Employer.
Below are details of Employee’s Job Description for Maintenance:
 Troubleshooting equipment
 Routine lubrication of equipment
 Ordering maintenance supplies/ parts
 Following preventative maintenance program for equipment & facility
 Assisting with equipment installations
 Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety of maintenance shop and facility
 Maintenance of Generator Set
 Assuring food safety and all regulatory requirements
 Maintaining a clean and safe environment
 Working with Controls/ PLC
Schedule of Work and Leaves / Workplace
Normal working hours for each shift will be nine (9) hours with one (1) meal break. Normal working days
will be five (5) or six (6) days per week.
Work start and end time may vary, but employee will be given ample time to adjust to shifting schedule
to suit guests’ needs. Coming in to work late is prohibited thus employee should be in the work vicinity
fifteen (15) minutes before his/her scheduled shift for endorsement period.
Employee workplace can either be in ____________________________________. The employee will be
informed ahead of time on destined workplace at least a day before duty.
You are required to inform the Employer about your planned leave at least two weeks in advance.

Fees, Terms of Payment, and Fringe Benefits


Employee shall be compensated at the base rate of Php_______ per month. Payout will be every 5th and
20th of the month or as agreed. Employee shall receive payment upon checking and approval of the
Management. Employee will avail of government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth and PAG-

IBIG on the ___ month of service given that the Employee has satisfactorily met all performance metrics
and standards.
Term of Agreement
Either party may terminate this agreement, given reasonable cause, as provided below, or by giving 30
days written notice to the other party of the intention to terminate this Agreement:
a Material violation of the provisions of this Agreement.
b Any action by either party exposing the other to liability for property damage or personal injury.
c Violation of ethical standards as defined by local, and/or national associations and governing bodies.
d Theft.
e Employee fails to maintain the standard of service deemed appropriate by Employer.
f Employee engages in any pattern or course of conduct on a continuing basis that adversely affects
Employee or Employer's ability to perform services.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between Employee and Employer and supersedes any and
all prior written or verbal agreements. Amendments to this agreement must be in writing and signed by
both parties. Should any part of this agreement be deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement
continues in effect. The laws of the Republic of the Philippines govern this agreement . All unresolved
disputes should be settled by arbitration or mediation.
