    BNO Thermo Oil-32 (Mineral Based)


    Product Description:
    Many Industrial processes need heat treatment for transformation of products. While simple direct heat is often applied, but
    in special cases indirect heating is preferred. In the process, the heat is produced at one location and is conducted by a heat
    transfer medium to the point of use at another place. This method generally provides better temperature control, even
    distribution of heat and improved safety. A hot oil circulating system is a common mean of heat transfer for indirect
    systems.
    BNO Thermo Oil 32 is a highly refined, thermally stable paraffinic Petroleum Oil formulated for using as a hot oil medium
    in both open and closed heat transfer systems. This product has naturally low carbon forming characteristics and effective
    high temperature antioxidants to provide long life in heat transfer service.
    BNO Thermo Oil 32 is recommended for circulating heat transfer units where temperature do not exceed 1900C for open
    (exposed to air) systems and 3200C for closed (no air access) systems. It is ideally sited for processes such as melting,
    boiling, distilling, drying coating, bonding, vulcanizing, cooking and curing. These processes are usually used in board,
    textiles, food, glue, chemicals, varnish, wax, dyes, petroleum, pharmaceuticals and printing works.

     Good heating capacity and thermal conductivity for efficient heat transfer.
     Good thermal stability to resist cracking at elevated temperature.
     Low viscosity for ease of startup and improved pumping efficiency.
     Good oxidation stability to minimize in service degradation.

    Health, Safety and Environment: Based on available data collected from MSDS of ingredients used in the product, this
    product is not health hazardous. However, proper precautions should be taken to avoid long-term skin contact, exposure or
    accidental effect. Since it is a non-biodegradable product the used or waste oil should be recycled or disposed off in
    conformity to local disposal regulations to avoid environmental pollution.
