Purpose: The purpose of this assignment is to craft an introduction to a proposal.

 Why is your idea important enough for your company to invest time and money into?
Write a one- to two-paragraph introduction to describe the problem you are planning to
address with your idea.
 Keep in mind the audience for your proposal. Your audience is your company
management or decision-makers.
 Pay special attention to grabbing your audience with the importance of your topic.

 Submit an MS Word document with your short and succinct one- to two-paragraph
introduction.
