While over 211,000 accounts have been created, only around 3% are currently active. All PNP offices and units are directed to use official PES accounts for all official communications. SUBJECT : Reiteration in the PNP Email System (PES) Utilization

1. Reference: Memorandum from Acting Chief of Regional Staff dated


October 19, 2020 with subject same as above.

2. This pertains to the PNP Email System (PES) Project of which the
Memorandum Circular was approved by the CPNP on October 8, 2020. At present
out of 211,000 accounts, only 6,225 or 3% are active.

3. In this regard, direct all your personnel to utilize the PES. Further, direct all
Offices/Units under your AOR to use their official PES accounts in all their official
transaction within the PNP organization:

To access the PNP Email System (PES)

1) Go to the website of PNP Email System (PES) at


https://mail.pnp.gov.ph/
2) Enter your official email in the username box. The default password
is:

3) In the ‘Settings’ menu, ‘Click ‘Preferences’ in the sub-menu tab.


4) Click ‘User Interface’ in the sub-menu tab.
5) In ‘Main Options’ go to ‘Refresh (check for new messages, etc)’
and set the time to every 5 minute(s) and then click ‘Save’ button.
6) In the ‘Setting’ menu,enter alternate email and the default
password NCk0XVx9 in the ‘Current Password’ box and enter
your desired password and then click save.
7) Explore all your new emails in the ‘Mail’ button.
