learning is being offered by most of the private schools. St. Mary’s Academy as a Catholic institution is doing its best… to give the

The detailed daily class program of your child will be given by the advisers before the end of this week.

E. Learners and Parents Consultation


Our teachers are available for consultation every Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 nn except when it is declared holiday.
You may set an appointment for this. You may also set an appointment with our teachers during weekdays from 4:00pm
– 5:00 pm only. We appeal to parents to religiously follow the set time for consultation to give our teachers opportunities
to spend time with their own families since they will be working until Saturday.

F. Modules

Due to the bulk order of modules from the region, health and security reasons, and skeletal workforce due to MECQ,
there is a delay of distribution of the modules.

Modules of the primary level are available for pick – up on August 22, 2020 following strictly the schedule below.
9:00 am – 10:00 am – Grade 1
10:00 am – 11:00 am – Grade 2
11:00 am – 12:00 nn – Grade 3

Modules of the G4 – 10 are available for pick – up following the schedule below. Meantime, the advisers will be sending
digital print (e-copy) of the modules via email before the end of this week.

G. First Week of Classes (August 24 – 28, 2020 )

The first week of classes is basically spent for general assemblies and subject orientation following the regular class
schedule. The learners have to attend to all the activities and classes for the entire week. Discussion of the first lesson
starts on the second day of meeting of the learners and the subject teachers.

Should there be changes in schedule and for other school announcements and activities, you will be notified through the school’s
official Facebook page, St. Mary’s Academy – Sta. Ana, Manila.
