TV access
The TV-set is connected to the WiFi net with a lot of channels. At the check-in our service manager will
show you how to operate the TV-set
Please do not move the TV WiFi equipment.

Bluetooth speaker acces
There is a Bluetooth speaker beside the TV-set that you can connect to your smart phone. At the check-in
our service manager will help you with the access.

Keys
DO NOT FORGET TO BRING THE KEY WITH YOU BEFORE CLOSING THE APARTMENT
DOOR. THE APARTMENT DOOR IS LOCKED DIRECTLY WHEN CLOSING THE DOOR.
If you are locked on the outside without keys please call the service manager. She will help you,but she
will charge you depending on the hour of the day/night.
Terrace door
Please beware that the terrace doors are locked automatically when closing them. This means that you can
be locked out on the terrace and balcony. The left side of the terrace door can be opened from outside,but
you need some strength to be able to do.
Garbage room
Garbage and waste are left in containers in the garage until about 18.00 in the evening. After that you will
find the containers just outside the entrance in the street.
The door to the garage is to the left standing in front of the elevator. There is a second door that you need
a code to eneter. The code is
Power failure
In case of power failure please contact the service manager.
Water supply
In case of problem with the water supply or the drain please contact the service manager.
Emergencies
In case of extreme emergencies please call 112 to contact the ambulance, the fire brigade or the police
depending on the emergency. Please also contact the service manager.
