    Tests are performed according to EnerPlastics’ test methods based on International Standards.

    Application
    EP AB744 is designed to fulfil the technical requirements of an Anti Block Masterbatch made from
    synthetic silica suitable for PE/PP (QPP) films that gives anti blocking property without any hazy effect. EP
    AB744 reduces the coefficient of friction between film layers and avoids blocking of the films in converting
    machines. It is a highly effective antiblock masterbatch recommended for thin films.

    Dosing Rate (Recommendations)


    The recommended let down ratio is 1-3% depending upon the final application.

    The amount of additive MB used in any specific application should be determined after consideration of
    the end use requirement. It can be used either by feeding directly in the processing unit along with
    polymer or by preblending with polymer in a drum or tumble blender

    Storage & Packaging


    Keep bags stored in a dry and cool place below 35°C, protected from sunlight & tightly closed to avoid
    contamination. A shelf life in these conditions may exceed 12months.

    The Master Batch is packed in special 20kg UV stabilized-transparent heavy duty PE valve bags.
