A LITTLE BONUS

Before rattling off a bunch of questions to


your prospect, it’s a good idea to build a
little rapport with them and the fastest way
to do that is to find a genuine compliment
that you can share.

Just think of the roles being reversed and


someone barging into your world with a
bunch of questions before they build some
sort of positive relationship first.... Probably
wouldn’t be as effective.

3. Do you love what you do? (their job)

4. Is there anything you don’t love

5. What’s your long term plan?

great at showing me how to put my
goals together. Would you like to

great and most often the prospect
will ask what it is for themselves

Inserting a common story inside
prospecting is a very powerful skills
and it helps with building rapport,
opening their eyes to the situation

they are in that spot.

out for sharp people and we’ve been
talking here a minute and I have to
say (insert genuine compliment),
would you be open to a side project
and making some extra money if it
didn’t interfere with what you’re
already doing? This is great for
introducing people to your sponsor.
It also takes the pressure off you in
the prospecting process. Some
people have a much easier time
being that connector and if you’re
working with a team that will help
