Laboratories should receive their sample(s) within three to seven days. International laboratories are warned that
delays due to Customs clearance activities may add significantly to the expected delivery times.

Please notify IFM if you are concerned about late delivery.

Upon receipt of samples, store securely in a controlled ambient environment away from light (preferably in the original
packaging).
