    SPECIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS

    1 Construction

    The Concessionaire shall comply with the Specifications and Standards set forth in
    Annex-I of this Schedule-D for construction of the Project Highway.

    Design Standards

    The project Highway including Project Facilities shall conform to design requirements
    set out in the following documents.
    Manual of Specifications and Standards for Six laning of Highways through PPP IRC SP:
    87-2019, referred to herein as the manual.

    SPECIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS FOR THE PROJECT

    1 Manual of specifications and standards to apply

    Six - Laning of the Project shall conform to the Manual of Specifications and Standards
    for Six-Laning of Highways through Public Private Partnership published by the IRC
    (IRC: SP: 87-2019).

    2 Deviations from the Manual of Specifications and Standards

    Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the aforesaid Manual, the


    following Specifications and Standards shall apply to the construction of the Project
    Highway, and for purposes of this agreement, the aforesaid manual shall be deemed
    to be amended to the extent set forth below:
