COMPROMISE AGREEMENT-with Sale
This Agreement executed this 28th day of December, 2020 at Cabagan, Isabela, by
and between:
_______________, Filipino, of legal age with address at Simanu Norte, San Pablo,
Isabela, represented herein by ____________ (hereinafter referred to as “the plaintiff”).

WITNESSETH: That -
WHEREAS, the plaintiff ___________, instituted the present action for Recovery
of Possession Based on Ownership and Damages against the defendant _____________
before the 1st MCTC, San Pablo, Isabela, over Lot AAA, situated in Simanu, San Pablo,
Isabela, with an area of Eight Hundred Eighty Seven (887) square meters, more or less,
covered by ________(“Subject Property”), in the name of her late husband BBB;
1. The defendant shall pay the amount of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND
(Php150,000.00) PESOS to the plaintiff upon execution of this Agreement;
2. The plaintiff shall execute a Deed of Absolute Sale in favor of the defendant over
the Subject Property, transferring ownership thereof to the defendant;
3. Upon delivery of the full payment by the defendant and the execution of the
Deed of Absolute Sale by the parties, they shall seek Court approval of this
Compromise Agreement.
4. The parties or their assigns hereby waive, renounce and forever quitclaim all
their respective claims and counterclaims, if any, subject of the instant action as
well as those that may arise therefrom, in connection therewith or in relation
thereto.
5. The foregoing covenants are not contrary to law, morals, or public policy and the
parties bind themselves to comply strictly with their undertakings.
