•1. Import
- Import your footages, logo and music in After effects.
- Put all of Your footage into a “Global Placeholder”.
- Put Your Logo into “Logo Placeholder”.
- Put Your music into “Music placeholder”.
If you use only pictures, then :
In composition “Global Placeholder”
- Press “Ctrl+A”, press “Ctrl+Alt+Shift+H” for autoscale different pictures.
- Press right mouse button on property “opacity”, select “Copy Expression Only”,
press “Ctrl + A” then ”Ctrl + V”
for inserting the special expression in all layers.

If you use video footages, then after the previous step:


- Press right mouse button on property “Time Remap” select “Copy Expression
Only”, press “Ctrl + A”, ”Ctrl + V”, “End”, “Ctrl + ]”.
for inserting the special expression in all layers and stretching the video layers on
the entire timeline.

These steps are necessary for the “Global Placeholder”.


•2. Slide Settings
If you want to make changes in the style of slides (depth, direction of the
transition, color correction...) go to the “slides” folder and open the desired number
of slides.

In a layer of “slide settings”, you can edit the following parameters:


-Transition Direction (select the direction of one of the four sides of the transition, with
the angle controller)
- View depth map (Select this option to view the depth map)
- Radial (Select this option for a circular type of depth gradient)
- Invert Depth map
- Depth Intencity
- <Depth | Relief>
- Depth Mask Blur
When enabled “View Depth Map” check box, you can see two text layers
“background” and “foreground”. Moving them, you change the direction
of the gradient of the depth map.

For better effect of depth, they should be placed accordingly.


In a layer of “Color Correction”, you can produce a basic color correction
- Temperature
- Tint
- Exposure
- Contrast
- Clarity
- Saturation
- MASTER (the intensity of all the parameters)
•3. Titles
To edit titles, click the folder “Titles”, go to the desired composition and edit text.
Also, in compositions “Slide #” there is a layer with the slide settings..
•4. Render Composition
In the “Render” composition layer “Controls” are the basic settings of the project.

- Slides Rythm (Setting the rhythm of the slide show.)


*BPM - To adjust the BPM by known values of rhythm.
*Beat Finder - to manually adjust the slide duration, according to strong bits
on the audio graph.

The project is automatically locates the end of the slide show and automatically
inserts the ending logo.

All you need - is to import footage, specify the rhythm, apply the settings to the
slides, edit text, adjust elements, postprocessing and start rendering.
I recommend using Adobe Media Encoder.
