Exams mapping B1+

When students have completed Gateway 2nd Edition B1+ level, they should be ready for the
Cambridge English: Preliminary (PET) for Schools exam. The learning materials in the main
Units 1–10 will provide students with the skills and language they need for the exam. Each
unit contains Exam success boxes which give advice on task types used within the unit. The
Gateway to Exams sections provide more specific exam practice with tasks which are similar to
those in Preliminary (PET) for Schools as well as international school-leaving exams.
