JOB CONTRACT

This CONRACT for services is entered into by and between the Republic of the
Philippines through CATARMAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL,
represented by in this contract by ALEX M. REJUSO, CID CHIEF-OIC, and CESAR T. CO of
legal age, single/married and resident of Catarman Northern Samar Philippines referred
to as the contractual personnel.

1. That I, ALEX M. REJUSO, CID CHIEF-OIC, herein after known as the party of the
first part and CESAR T. CO known as the party of the second part do hereby
agree to enter into a contract of work under the following condition, with the
second part to execute and work on the job here with described:
a.) To perform the duties and responsibilities as Security Aide/Utility Worker at
Catarman National High School, Catarman, Northern Samar
2. That the contractual worker agrees to devote his/her knowledge, training and
skills in the employment of Security Aide/Utility Worker for the period from
January 1, 2021 to June 30 2021 inclusive, from after the date of this contract
for the sum of Php 300.00/day.
3. That this contract may be renewed by a subsequent contract between the parties
herein for the interest of the service and/or valid reasons. Party of the second
part may also terminate prior to the date of termination of his/her contract;
4. That it is agreed further by the parties herein that this contract shall cease to be
enforced and in the effect in the event of dissolution of this office, or for
unsatisfactory performance of work by the contractual personnel, or for such
other cause maybe provided by law;
5. That this contract is entered into in good faith with full knowledge of the
condition and/or stipulation herein stated with our own free will and violation
and without mental reservation.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signature this 1 st day of


January 2021 at Cataman National High School, Catarman, Northern Samar.
