    Operational Planning
    Objectives:

    Professionalization should be establish with the proper rules and methods of controlling
    or preventing police corruption and brutality with positive results on setting the boundaries of
    discretionary power and reducing abusive force and unlawful use of firearms. Also must
    establish the relationships with the community by successful strategies include fear of basic
    right of individuals to live in peace and fully benefit and sustainable from community.

    Goals:

    PNP rebuild the Public Trust

    Guidelines:

    This guideline may help the police to get back their stated mission, to protect and serve
    and may the society begin to trust and remember that the police are also the subject of law.

     Develop future leaders who work for the greater good to society
     Ensure the safety of people and their environment
     Cooperate with the community and support victims and their needs
     By developing and supporting initiatives plans that advance social trust
     Professionalism and police ethics
    Strategic Planning
    Background issue:

    PNP will always be responsible for maintaining law and order by respecting the
    individual rights. They will always have to trace down the offenders and place them in the
    hands of the judiciary authorities, and will retain special responsibility for fighting crimes of
    nation. What if the citizens of the community and the police don't get along at all? The people
    don't trust the police to be fair and impartial, and the police feel threatened by the citizens.
    Without this trust, police work becomes much less effective. Even if the police officers are
    preventing crime, the people may not feel safe because there is no trust Can the police regain
    trust of his people?

    Mission:

    By working in partnership with the community, to maintain public order while


    preserving the legal rights of all individuals; to provide efficient and courteous service; and to
    reduce the impact of crime.

    Vission:

    to provide a safe environment through strategic policing, integrity, respect and strong
    community partnerships

    S.W.O.T. ANALYSIS

    Strength
     Police officers have completed a training of trainers and are available to train new
    recruits
     Responding to emergencies
     Police officers protect the lives and property of citizens.

    Weaknesses
     Able to handle the responsibility
     Fostering good relationship with the public
     Police failed to establish probable cause due to a poor investigation and a suspect is
    released and kills a subject two days later;
    Opportunities
     Trust and cooperation to crime victim and civil society
     Better collecting and assessment of data in investigation
     Changing enforcement strategies and deployment in response to criminal pattern
     Respects the importance of a combined crime prevention alliance to the society

    Threats:
     Insufficient support and budgets
     Police may feel blame for all kinds of social problems
     The unwell discipline of the officer
