SCRIPT MODERATOR:

A very good morning/afternoon and Assalammualaikum for all the audience and
panelists. I am Anis Gong Gong Adleena as your moderator today.

As we all know, nowadays, COVID-19 has turned the world upside down. Everything
has been impacted. How we live and interact with each other, how we move around
and travel, how we work and communicate. Every aspect of our lives has been
affected. A lot of employees have been ordered to work from home in line with the
conditional movement control order (CMCO) enforced in many areas.

Before we go further, let me introduce to all of you our panels.

Our 1st panel, Nur Afizatul Azni Binti Armanizam a lawyer from Malaysian Lawyer
company and also a mother of her kids. How are u doing today Mrs Azni? I'm doing
great today :)

Then our 2 panel today is Wan Nur Azalina Binti Wan Ali. She is a businesswoman

who is the founder of the famous boutique attire kuala lumpur. Hye Dato Sri Azalina,
how are you? 

Our 3rd panel is Mrs Alya Farisah binti Majdi, which is a teacher from Sekolah
Menengah Kebangsaan Taman Batu Lima. She is a mathematics teacher. Good
morning Mrs Alya.

And last but not least, our 4th panel, Izzati Nur Anesa binti Abdullah, who is a
representative of office workers. How do feel about today?

Without wasting our time, my 1st question to our 1st panel, Mrs Azni, can you tell us
“Is working from home is a good move during Covid-19?”

Azni : Thank you to our moderator and welcome to all the audience. Assalamualaikum and
good morning. So, from my own opinion, I will say that I agree that working from home is a
good move during Covid-19……………
Alya: I don’t agree with your view…

Thank you both panel 1 and 2, Mrs. Azni and Mr. Alya for the opinion. Now we can
conclude from their explanation that there are also have pros and cons on having
more time with family in order to work from home during this pandemic.

Next we move to Mrs Alya. How far do you agree that working from home is a good
move during Covid-19?

Alya: First and foremost, I would like to thank the organizer for inviting me to deliver some
benefit information on our forum today.  For me, I did not agree…………………….

Azni: Your opinions are great Mrs Alya but i think that when we are working from home, our
communication skills can be improved. I said this because ……………..
 
I agree with both panels. I think when we work from home, we can lack in
communication but still from the other view, we can improve our communication
skills in many ways.

So next, Miss Anesa why do you think working from home is not a great idea during
this pandemic?

Anesa: From my own view and experience, working from home does not suit everyone. ….

Conclusion : Thank you for all of the panelist for participating and giving your own
view of working from home. So, based on the argument that has taken place, I can
conclude that working from home was a good move during covid-19. However, it all
depends on their self-reliant, if they can manage their time properly and try to
communicate with their friends, they can lessen their burden. They won’t be stressing
their self with working too much. That’s all for our forum today. Thank you.
