MANUAL

The manual is a small book that contains an explanation of how to do or operate something in
sequence.
Generic Structure of Manual Procedure Text:
 Goal : Here contains the objective to do or operate something.
 Materials : This describes what tools we need to do, create or operate something.
 Steps : Here contains a series of steps or instructions in sequence.

Social Function:
 to explain how to do something in sequential steps.
 to provide a series of sequential steps in describing the activity of doing something.

Language Features:
 Using simple present tense : press the button power .
 Using adverbial of sequence : first, second, third, the last.
 Using imperative sentences or command : press the number to call .
 Using sentence connector : after that, then, etc.

LANGKAH PEMBELAJARAN
1. Peserta didik mengamati beberapa contoh teks prosedur jenis manual yang telah
dikirimkan oleh guru di google classroom dalam bentuk Power point, gambar, dan
video.
2. Peserta didik menanyakan fungsi sosial, struktur teks dan unsur kebahasaan pada sebuah
teks prosedur.
3. Peserta didik membentuk kelompok 3-4 siswa.
4. Dengan bimbingan guru, peserta didik menganalisis fungsi sosial, struktur teks, dan
unsur kebahasaan pada teks prosedur
5. Dengan bimbingan guru, peserta didik menganalisis setiap bagian teks prosedur
sesuai generic structure.
6. Peserta didik merekonstruksi jumbled paragraph tersebut sehingga menjadi
well-arranged paragraph teks prosedur secara berkelompok
7. Peserta didik mengidentifikasi struktur generik teks prosedur yang sudah mereka
susun.
8. Peserta didik menyusun teks prosedur secara mandiri.
9. Peserta didik mengunggah hasil karya teks prosedur pada unggahan tugas yang
telah dibuat guru di google classroom.

How to Connect a Wireless Mouse

First, plug in your mouse’s receiver to your computer’s USB port.


Then, the mouse driver will automatically be installed to detect the
wireless mouse
Second, make sure that your mouse has batteries or is charged. To do
this, flip the mouse over and remove the battery compartment cover.
Third, turn on your mouse. Usually the on/off switch is on the back of
the mouse.
Finally, your wireless mouse is ready to use.

First, prepare the iron, the clothes, a place mat or any flat surface board, some clothing hanger.

Second, plug the iron cable into an electricity socket and wait until the iron get warmer.

Third, place the clothes on the place mat.

Fourth, apply the iron on the clothes surface evenly.

Fifth, flip the clothes and apply the iron on the other side of the clothes evenly.

Finally, put the clothes on the clothing hanger

When everything is plugged in securely, then press the power button on the CPU is usually
located on the front panel of the CPU.

The computer will display the Windows logo and displays the desktop image
Make sure other devices such as mouse and keyboard have connected to the back panel of CPU in
the right side. Other hardware can also be connected such as speaker, printer, and so forth.

Before plug of powering up the computer system, make sure that the power cable is connected
to the back panel of the CPU and is plugged into the electric socket.

How to use a computer


The proper way to shut down or turn off the computer system is by clicking on the ‘Start’
button and choosing the ‘Turn Off Computer’ option. This then will display the options to
‘Standby’, ‘Restart’, or ‘Turn Off’ the CPU. Click ‘Turn Off’ to turning off the
computer.

You need: 1. CPU 2. Keyboard 3. Monitor 4. Mouse 5. Priter 6. Speakers

Once the desktop image appears then the computer is ready to operate

Make sure the video cable is already connected to the monitor and the back panel of CPU
correclty.
