Java Bots not Opening
Info
This error is caused by having WinRAR installed; the WinRAR
program hijacks the .Jar file association, causing all .Jar files (Java
Applications) to open in WinRAR.

The Fix
Fixing this error is quite simple; all you have to do is download Jar fix
from this website:
http://johann.loefflmann.net/en/software/jarfix/index.html

Run it and your .Jar association will be fixed. You may need to choose
which program to associate with .Jar (Click your version of Java that
is installed).

.Net Errors for Bots

Info
.Net problems are caused by either:

A) Not having the right .Net installed.

B) The .Net program crashing while it is working.

The Fix
A) Download the current .Net Framework from
http://www.microsoft.com/net/download
B) Closing and restarting the bot (Balls of Steel)

Screen-size
Info
Majority of bots will not work unless your screen-size is set at
800x600 32 Bit. This is because bots work with pixels, if your screen
size is 1024x768 for example, the pixels will all be in a different spot,
and therefore confusing the bot and therefore the reason for it not
working.

The Fix
1. Log on Puzzle Pirates, Click on Ye  Options  General 
Select 800x600 32bit screen size.

Argos not Finding Station

Info
Argos Shipwrightery needs to be able to find the station to work, to
do this you need to have “Extra Pirate Help” enabled to make the bot
able to find the station.
The Fix
1. Log on Puzzle Pirates, Click on Ye  Options  General 
Check the box next to “Extra Pirate Help”

Unable to Start/Log in!
Info
If you ever receive this message it is because you are not on the
puzzle the bot needs to be on (e.g. you need to be on the bilge
station for Poseidon). Or you are trying to run bots in Buy Poe’s
Rigging Client.
Fix
Simple really, log on the proper Puzzle Pirates client, or go into
the puzzle.
