    I, NANCY BIMO of legal age, Filipino, single a resident of Brgy. Kinsang-


    an, Pardo, Cebu City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
    with law, do hereby depose and say THAT:
     
    1. I was born on March 28, 1992 in Cebu City, Philippines;
     
    2. That due to incorrect entries in my birth record the first name
    “NANCY” and “NANCIE” appeared in some of my documents;
     
    3. That sometime in 2014 I acquired a parcel of land covered by TCT
    No. _______ located at Barangay _______, ________, Cebu City consisting of
    an area of eighty four (84) square meters more or less with improvement prior to
    the correction of my name from NANCIE R. BIMO to NANCY R. BIMO;
     
    4. That the name “NANCIE R. BIMO” which appears on TCT No. T-
    ________ and “NANCY R. BIMO” the signatory of the Deed of Absolute Sale
    executed and notarized on 15th May 2019 in favor of LENY R. SINGSON at
    Cebu City, Philippines is one and the same person;

    5. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing


    facts, as a requirement in the processing of transfer of ownership of the
    abovementioned property to the buyer and for whatever legal purpose this may
    serve
