IESL Online PR Confidential Report Process

System Instructions

FOR ELIGIBILITY PANEL MEMBERS

1. Visit IESL MIS Website, click on “Member Login” - https://iesl.lk/mis/

2. If you are unable to login, please follow the below mentioned procedure.

i. Click on “Forgot Password?”, enter your email address and click on “submit” button. (
email address should be the same that you have provided to the IESL previously) Once
you click on the submit button you will receive an email with the password reset link.

If you do not receive the password reset link, you may contact IESL membership
Division. The most possible reason for not receiving the link is that the current
email address you entered to the system is different from the email address you
use.

In case of inability to reset the password please send your new email address to
[email protected] to change your email address in your profile.

ii. Once you reset your password, member login will appear to enter the username and
password. username has to be your email address. After entering the new password,
click the login button.
3. To view the appointed candidate list, you may click on relevant notification or you can go
to the Professional Review -> PR reviews.

4. There you can see the candidates who have been listed under your name for eligibility checking.

5. Click on the blue color Edit icon to see the further details

When you click on no 1, you can view PR application and then please click on
“view attachment tab” for viewing PR documents.

6. After checking all 1, 2 and 3 you can mark the eligibility recommendation or coment of each
candidate according to the picture given below.
If the candidate is Eligible,

You can approve the eligibility with a comment by clicking Green Button and you have to
attach the scanned copy of the eligibility assessment form to relevant place and then click on
“submit” button.

If the candidate is not Eligible,

You can click on the Red Colour Button and enter the relevant comment. Once it is done, please attach
the scanned copy of the Eligibility Assessment form and then click on the “Submit” button
F OR INTERVIEW PANEL MEMBERS

1. To view the appointed candidate list, you may click on relevant notification or you can go
to Professional Review -> PR reviews.

2. There you can see the candidates who have been listed for the interviews (PR VIVA)

3. Click on the blue color Edit icon for further details.

When you click on no 1, you can view PR application and click on view
attachment tab to view PR document

1. Additionally, we will send a separate Google drive link to view their design/project reports
uploaded by the candidates.

2. Once your check the relevant documents, we can decide the interview dates based on the
availability of each panel member.

3. After the interview and after filling the assessment forms. We will update the final results of each
candidate and upload a scanned copy of the assessment form to the system.
