    SUBJECT : Spot Report on Shooting Incident

    DATE : November 12, 2020

    1. Reference: Memorandum from COP PQ MPS dated November 12, 2020


    with subject Spot Report on Shooting Incident that resulted in the death of Mansor
    Mamaluba y Saligan.

    2. Please be informed that at about 7:20 in the evening of November 12,


    2020, a shooting incident transpired at Purok Santan, Poblacion, Pres, Quirino,
    Sultan Kudarat wherein the victim was Identified as Mansor Mamaluba y Saligan, 32
    years old, single, construction worker, and a resident of above said place was shot
    by the suspect Benjamin Contaoi Jr., 35 years old, single, contruction worker, and a
    resident of Purok Sambaguita of the same barangay and municipality.

    3. Upon reciept, elements of PQ MPS led by PCPT ARNOLD C SUAREZ,


    COP together with PSSg Michael T Angelo, Investigator immediately proceeded to
    the reported place to verify. At about 7:25 in the eveing of same date the responding
    team arrive and found out affirmative and thereby immediately cordon the area to
    preserve the crime scene from any contamination.

    4. On investigation, the victim and suspect, co-worker of MJB contruction,


    are having drinking session at victim’s residence when heated argument arise. The
    suspect was insulted with the remarks of the victim that he is still uncircumscise and
    his girlfriend has an affair with someone else. On that momment, Akmad Mamaluba,
    father of the victim, interfere and advice that to end thier session. Though the two
    were separated, the victim continue with uttering insulting words against the suspect
    that provoke the latter to drew a pistol from his waist, leveled it to the victim and shot
    several times hitting on the head and different parts of the victim’s body. Thereafter,
    the suspect fled on board his one (1) unit XRM MC with plate number ML 2323. Hot
    pursuit operation is being conducted by PQ MPS for possible arrest of the suspect.

    5. Recovered from the crime scene were six (6) empty sheels of cal. 45 and
    now under the custody of SKPPO SOCO for proper disposition.
