Important Points
i) Structural work & finishing work to be completed as per original schedule without fail.
ii) MFAR team should arrange 6no's of Vibrators for further concreteing works as to improve the Quality of concrete
work.

1 Steel yard to be kept ready

2 Consultant for swimming pool garden to be arranged so the all leakage to be tackalled & taken care .

3 Steel indent to be given one week early

Car parking area plastering is not there so it should be proper plumb & levelling. If any problem MFAR team should do the need full like

plastering to be done .

5 Land scapping detailsfrom architect Rohith to be received in 15 days -

6 Plumbing & electrical contracters to be finalised by MRC

a. Hotel side driway ramp details with levels from SK Associates --Received
b First floor masonry drawing from SK Associate -02/01-2021

d Updated structural and architectural dwg to be sent to sans electrical and architect to be cordinating with sans electricals-31/12/2020
e B and C block 3rd slab structural dwg on before - -26.12.2020
f Electrical drawing typical floors from sans electricals -30/12/2020
g B and C block 3rd slab structural dwg from vimal anil associates - -24.12.2020
h commercial and hotel collection tank structural and architectural dwg - 30/12/2020

10 General Note :
Regarding aluminium shuttering for column box converting from feet to meter there will be slite change in column size so the dimension

will be taken from centerline only
b Pull out test to be done for rebar fixing work - instructed by structural engineer
Retaining wall as per BOQ( M 25) but precautionaly we need to do (M40) because of difficulties in pouring columns M40 & retaining wall
c
M25 comparision to be made by MFAR constructions

d AC air chill plant to be provided near STP plant. Hotel and commercial separately.
e Plumbing pipe line duct passing at commercial & residential level to be taken care

11 Shuttering work procedure:

i) Filling will be done after slab. Shuttering will be carried out immediately above footing
