    DEED OF DONATION WITH THE PHILIPPINE CHARITY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICE
    (PCSO) FOR THE DONATION OF ONE (1) UNIT PATIENT TRANSPORT VEHICLE

    WHEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and on motion of SB Member


    Lucita M. Aviles, duly seconded by SB Member Flor B. Bulang, with the favorable
    support of the Sangguniang Bayan Members present. Be it –

    RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, BY THE SANGGUNIANG


    BAYAN OF THIS MUNICIPALITY TO AUTHORIZE THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR
    HON. ALICIA RAMA-TY TO SIGN FOR ON BEHALF OF THE LOCAL
    GOVERNMENT UNIT OF PLARIDEL A DEED OF DONATION WITH THE
