NAME OF WORK: 100 BEDDED CFLTC (@GHSS PERUMBALAM) IN PERUMBALAM GP
PHASE:01 As per the discussion with President (Perumbalam GP) & other CFLTC team members on 25/07/20, following works are included in the first phase at GHSS Perumbalam. And the total cost of phase-1 comes to Rs. 278000/- including GST. The estimate is prepared as per CPWD DAR-2016.
1. Renovation of existing Toilet in south side of HSS Class room
2. New washing Area in South Side 3. Ramp Rectification of existing Toilet 4. Veranda step @ southside 5. Renovation of existing Wash area in between HSS block 6. Providing sheet fencing at west side of HSS (Compound wall damaged portion) 7. Rearrangement of existing toilet block in Northside 8. New washing area in North side 9. Renovation of damaged toilet in E block class room. 10. Provision for Septic Tank / Ring. 11. Provision for Soak pits 12. Tentative quantity of PVC Pipe & fittings is included in the estimate. It may vary as per the site condition.
PHASE:02 Renovation of LP School is included in phase-2. Cost for Renovation comes to Rs. 100000/- including GST. But it need approval from the concerned CFLTC team members.
**Note: 1. Missing works if any shall be included in Phase-2. But it need approval from concerned CFLTC members. 2. Since the work is of emergency nature as well as there is no project & TS, Valuation certificate will be issued only at the time of completion.
