Tech Mahindra got GE Health Care project headquartered in USA and have operating units in Europe,
Japan, LATAM, and Middle East. This Project is to provide ServiceMax/Service Cloud CRM platform that
delivers 300+ feature user stories per release for various internal services business. ServiceMax is a
comprehensive collection of custom modules developed on the force.com Platform to manage Field and
Depot service activities of manufacturing organizations. It enables tracking of installed base, service
contracts, warranty, corrective and preventive maintenance, basic and advanced dispatch management,
onward & return logistics and parts inventory. These rich features support a wide range of business
functions including Support Centres, Field Service, Depot Repair, Operations, Service Administration,
Service Partners and Logistics. With this solution, Salesforce.com customers can truly get a 360° view of
their customers.

Responsibilities
 Manage all processes that impact / relate to Salesforce.com. Working Closely with Business side
Architects to get their requirement and drafting the raw data to comprehensive information which
helps while projecting whole understanding to business. Manage new releases of SFDC and
efficiently roll out new features.
 Create and maintain Objects, Tabs, Fields, List Views, Page Layouts, reports, dashboards, and
other salesforce.com functions.

The Western Union Gateway Services enable third party hosts to extend the Western Union Money
Transfer services to agents. Built upon the existing Western Union Money Transfer services, agents can
easily send and receive money via Point of Sale (POS) applications on behalf of their customers. Agents
can leverage the extensive Western Union global agent network to provide their customers with
unmatched flexibility in not only sending but also receiving money

Responsibilities
 Provide L3 / L2 Support which includes enhancements, bug fixes and triage of production issues
 Identify and track problems and known errors and pursue corrective action plans. 
 Used HPSM tool for handling the tickets Primary focus on Gateway Middleware technologies like
Message Broker, Message Queue, Data power
 Prepared Status reports, Transaction reports and submitted to upper management.
 Initiated bridge calls and coordinated with various teams in order to resolve the incidents within

Project Description:
The Xchanging Distribution Hub provides a service to clients which accepts and presents various format
message files from a variety of sources and makes them available by various methods. XDH is used by
all organizations processing through the bureau and sending/receiving traditional bureau data messages.

Responsibilities:
 Responsible for developing EDI maps and related processes with the Mercator Design Studio
and other Components in the Mercator tool set.
 Daily reports to customers.
 Used Monitoring tools like ITBM, Remedy.
 Solving the Production Tickets of various customers
 Provide all first-level technical support with active Strategy customers.
 Investigating and resolving Map and Data issues.
 Participating in RFC
 Debugged mapping using TRACE, AUDIT & Log files
