are you going to deal with these situations applying the principles of Developmental
Learning?

1. The teachers asked he Grade 1 student write the answer on the board during their
board work activity in Mathematics, but the student cannot answer the question and
started to cry.
 First thing that I can do is I’m going to talk to my student in a slow voice and I
will be calming him/her and I will motivate him/her to answer the question
through helping him/her to get the right answer in an easy way but I will
assure that he/she will learn from his/her own.
2. Three of the Grade 8 students of Ms. Romero don’t want to participate in the drama
play in English.
 As a teacher, if there are students doesn’t want to participate in the drama
play in my English Class, first thing that I should do is think about my
objectives and the motivation that I gave to them maybe is there something
wrong about it. I will regroup my students and I will give them an effective
motivation to my students to be able to make them an active participant in
our drama play activity and one more thing, I will remove any distractor in my
students and I will tell them that I will give them an incentive for those group
